Fowler & Huck win the Desert SpringTime Doubles Opener

"It Feels Good!" said Richard Huck after he and Dennis Fowler knocked off the top seeds Dow Christensen & Ryan Lakey, in a thrilling three set come from behind win. At 2-2 in the third set Dow Christensen had match point on his serve but Richard Huck was able to push a volley back deep which allowed the second seeds another chance and the victory. It was not an easy road to the win as in the semifinals they had to overcome the tough pair of Wayne and Brian Bullock. they won in three sets in that one also. Dow and Ryan were able to move past Don Poulter and Art Frakt 3-1, 3-1 to set up the final. Gary Rink and Charlie Harward won the consolation final over Randy Scalla and Perry Christensen.
